Print & Digital
Project Objective
The goal was to maintain a professional visual identity across a wide range of physical assets, ensuring clear and consistent messaging for 20,000+ shareholders and a large internal employee base.
Strategic Messaging
I developed a visual framework focused on information hierarchy, brand authority, and community engagement:
- Editorial: Gathered updates from various departments to rewrite and design cohesive, brand-aligned articles for large-scale publications.
- Information Accessibility: Managed the layout of complex corporate data, including board candidate profiles, to ensure a clear information hierarchy.
- Regional Outreach: Tailored the design of brochures and flyers for village distribution, ensuring the visual style resonated with diverse regional stakeholders.
- Environmental Branding: Developed large-format graphics and signage to create a professional and cohesive brand presence in physical corporate locations.
Execution & Methods
I managed a high-production pipeline, overseeing everything from initial layout in Adobe InDesign to final vendor quality control:
- Recurring Newsletters: Led the layout and design for weekly employee eNewsletters and monthly shareholder eNewsletters, alongside a quarterly print newsletter mailed to over 9,000 households.
- Corporate Publications: Managed the full editorial design for various magazines and brochures, focusing on a clean, professional aesthetic that adhered to strict corporate brand standards.
- Large-Format Print: Designed environmental branding and event signage, including wall signs, popup banners, and high-visibility displays for corporate facilities.
- Direct Mail & Collateral: Produced a vast array of physical touchpoints, including specialized mailers, brochures, and flyers designed specifically for village-to-village distribution.
- Vendor Management: Managed relationships with external print vendors to oversee quality control and ensure the timely mailing of physical copies to the shareholder base.
Key Outcome: Unified Corporate Identity
- Brand Consistency: Replaced fragmented designs with a unified visual system across all weekly, monthly, and quarterly publications.
- Operational Efficiency: Established standardized templates for recurring newsletters and mailers, allowing for a high volume of production without sacrificing quality.
- Professional Authority: Elevated the corporation’s visual presence in both regional villages and physical office locations through high-quality print production and environmental design.
